Right to withdraw / Returns
You have up to 30 days to return the purchased goods!
You have the right to return the purchased goods without giving any reason within 30 days from the date of receiving the delivery. If you would like to return the purchased goods, please send them back to the address provided below. The return must be made within 30 business days from the day you accepted the delivery.
The purchased goods may be returned only if the product is:
- original and undamaged,
- without any signs of use,
- in its original packaging and with all labels.
Please place the returned products in a plastic package or box – if possible, use the package in which you received the delivery. Keep the package well protected. Send the package by post or courier. The shipping costs must be paid by you. We recommend sending a registered package with a tracking number – this way, you will be able to check if and when the package was delivered to us.
If other goods were added to the order as a free gift or at a reduced price (various promotional offers), these goods must be sent back together with the goods you want to return.

Reimbursement will be made up to 14 days after we receive the parcel, if the return is verified successfully.
We do not send any confirmation of receiving the return. However, you will get information about the status at the time of return.
The full amount of the order is refunded if all items are returned. Please note that the cost of returning the parcel is not reimbursed. The funds will be returned in the same way the payment was made.
At Uniformshop.eu, we offer only original products of the highest quality from reliable manufacturers. We supply our store only from certified producers or authorised distributors. We sell brand-new items in original packaging.
You can make a complaint for each product purchased in our online shop under the warranty for defects to the extent specified in the law for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase of the product.
If you want to make a complaint:
- Prepare a written statement with the name, surname, address, order number and a detailed description of the defect and the claim. To facilitate the correct submission of a complaint, use the product complaint form:

We will inform you about the result of your complaint within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, via email or phone (your email address or telephone number must be provided in the complaint form).
In case of a physical defect, you may submit a claim under the warranty and demand:
- product repair (defect removal),
- exchange of the product for one free from defects,
- price reduction,
- withdrawal from the contract, if the defect is significant.
If the complaint is accepted, the refund will include: the full price of the product and the costs of delivering the parcel to our warehouse (if not higher than the cheapest delivery method offered in your country).
